It's my Daddy's birthday tomorrow, and I couldn't be more excited. Today, I wanted a leaf off a tree and when Mommy picked one for me, I indicated to her that I wanted to give it to Daddy for his birthday AND that I wanted two more so he could have three leaves. I held them onto them until we got home. I then wanted to wrap them and put a big bow on them. I couldn't wait for Daddy to get home from work - every time I heard a noise I asked if it was Daddy. I placed it on his chair while we waited. When he finally arrived, I rushed to get it and ever-so-proudly gave him his present. Daddy was beyond touched and even wants to frame those precious leaves.
