Me with Aunt Pearl - 2007
Today was a sad day. Four months shy of her 100th birthday, we said goodbye to our dear Aunt Pearl. As you can probably guess, my middle name came from her. She was strong and feisty and kind and generous and funny and so many of the things I aspire to be.
